Comments: This image shows the great diversity of celestial objects in the region. These include the emission nebulae M8, M20, IC4685 and IC1274. Reflection nebulae are also seen in M20 and IC1274-5. Two types of stars clusters are represented: M21 open cluster and NGC6544 globular cluster. I took an film version of this region some years back. It may be seen here.
